Tetris is a puzzle game created by Alexey Pajitnov in 1984, which rose to prominence with its release for the Nintendo Game Boy in 1989. The game has sold over 200 million copies, making it one of the best selling video game franchises of all time. Tetris also holds a world record for having been ported to the most platforms (65).
